Brisbane Floods: what to do
No time to talk, Chappies. Day 2 of saving a rare bookshop for me.
For those minding kidlets at home, unable to get out onto the front, please send up a prayer for no rain. Others might like to bake for the volunteers and flood victims – see Nigella Digella.
Gotto run before it rains.

A fantastic offer from Inkjet @ Bowen Hills:
“REPOST – URGENT – to save any photographs damaged by flood waters, immerse them in clean fresh water and get them to Inkjet Lab at Bowen Hills ASAP. We will clean, copy and save to disk for you at no charge”
“Baked Relief” what a fab idea for those who are unable to provide some ‘hands’ on help & great way for kids to be involved in flood relief as well. Awesome work Digella Emporium! For further information look for Digella at:

Keep up the good work. There is a huge army of volunteers at West End again today. Our place is OK now. I’m going to help man one of the food distribution places in the morning. It is wonderful to see so many people out helping.
